announced today the launch of their new web hosting control panel, midPhase
Control Center (“MCC”). MCC integrates customer tools such as billing,
support, account upgrades and the account control panel into one central
location.
“Our new control center allows for customers to manage all aspects of their
midPhase account from the same area.”, says Bryan Herron, customer service
manager. “In addition, we have implemented support references for every
feature, which describes the particular option, and either provides a flash
tutorial, or step-by-step instructions on how it can be fully utilized. We feel
that MCC will continue to appeal to the developers, as nothing was removed from
the earlier version, but it will also grant first-time users the opportunity to
make use of features that were previously too complicated to employ.”
“This is our first major step in making our service easier to use, while
increasing functionality. Our next step towards appealing to beginner webmasters
will be on December 3rd, which is our scheduled launch date for our proprietary
