With customized remediation, if a server should go down, this advanced service ensures someone is waiting and ready to get the server back online immediately. Customers receive both weekly and monthly uptime reporting. During the introductory period, pricing for Alpha Security Monitoring is reduced by 50 percent, so customers will pay just $12.50 per server for the first month.

Alpha Server Security: Provides all the requirements for ongoing server security management, making certain servers are securely deployed, and remain patched and secure throughout their lifecycle. Using industry best practices for system security, customers can take advantage of server hardening, as well as security patch management and weekly vulnerability reports, with unlimited access to a team that can resolve security incidents. For the first month, customers save 50 percent on Alpha Server Security. Typically priced at $40 per month per server, customers will pay just $20.

Alpha Server Administration: Provides on-demand administration, general system administration services, migration and custom-issue resolution, which allows customers to use services as required or as part of a bundled package. During the introductory period, customers will pay just $37.50 per half-hour, a savings of 50 percent.
